Need an expert with these because I cant tell. 

As far as the scales, not sure but I think they angle they are going is wrong. They look sort-of shiney but not like plasticy like most fakes I see and it could be because of the lightning.

He said box is replacement. Size is 12

I would get him to take a side pic of the toe box. That's the easiest giveaway. Obviously you should also make him send tagged pics.
