**LA LAKERS THREAD** Sitting on 17! 2023-2024 offseason begins

There's a reason Dallas signed Wood. And it ain't for the regular season trust me. This is his 'training camp' right now. He new to their squad.

Wait til the playoffs. Javale will be ready as well.

I'll leave it at that.
1. They traded for Wood
2. they started the season with him Coming off the the bench

If maxi kleber was healthy, wood would still be coming off the bench
Reg season or playoffs

Ref report is definitely going to say that was a foul tomorrow, oh well.

Bron need to chill with the walk off shots, mans been searching for that for almost 5 seasons now and yet to hit one.

Problem is he doesn’t have a 1 dribble or 2 dribble pull up game

It’s either step back 30 footer or try to drive to the rim and shoot over 7 footers, which is harder at his age and all the old man pump fakes he’s doing

When he blew by Luka he could’ve pulled up midrange like kobe or Mike but that’s not in his skill set

We’ve def seen Lebron pull up from midrange lol

Don’t pass, take the last shot…take the last shot but don’t shoot a jumper, drive…don’t drive all the way to the rack, shoot the midrange…don’t shoot a two dribble pull up, it has to be one dribble…on and on and on 😂

I mean I'm fine with getting the ball in your best player's hands and letting him make a play. I don’t like the Bron iso but I’m sure if he calls for a screen they’ll just double him so IDK what you really do there if they do play him single coverage. Anyhow…

Woulda been nice to have stolen this game but the margin for error is just too small with an already thin roster having a rotation guys missing. At least Portland keeps losing so there is that

I had to watch the replay late instead of real time.

End of regulation, HOOOOW... in theee EFFFFF... was that not a foul on Hardaway?! If that was Luka (or prime Lebby), *TWEET*... 3 free throws for the game.

🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Ya think?!

Ham gotta learn to stop this second guessing himself in public thing.

Blitz Luka and you are giving up a wide open three to one of the Mavs specialists…

Foul Luka, we just watched him make the 1st and intentionally miss the second and get his own rebound what twice last week? Stopping the clock you get into a FT shooting scenario on offense and the Lakers were struggling from the line last night, not exactly a great option either.

Dennis played solid D on that play, Luka made a tough shot. I’m more questioning Ham on playing Lebron 47-48 minutes than I am about that last play there.

Could've fouled Dinwiddie with his back to the basket, or Luka 35 feet away on his initial dribble. Lunancy.

Eric Gordon doesn't fix anything.

Last night sucks but they came back from 19 points down and were a bad call away from stealing that game.

Good thing teams in the west keep losing.

Try for the 6th seed and hope that Lebron and AD can stay healthy.

Also need AR and Lonnie back asap.
