Lacing Question

Hey, I hate to be a pain, but I was wondering how do you lace shoes like this?

I would really appreciate it if someone could tell me how you do it with just the lace tips showing. thanks

Just lace them loose or loosen them up when they're on your feet.

Put the laces in the eyelets, and tie a knot on the inside where you feel the laces length should be hanging out.
