i dont know if you frequent lakersground.net but these stats were posted about fisher going and driving in the lane:


Inside shooting stats (among players that qualify)...
• Fish only scores 1.5 points per game which is worst in the league.
• He only makes 42.5% of his attempts which is second worst in the league.
• He's blocked 19% of the time which is 8th worst in the league.

I have been watching the Lakers and fisher play since I was 11 his rookie year and I have always known he sucks at layups. I really don't know what itis though. Does he just suck at layups?

I don't think it is a lack of speed, jumping ability, or hving short arms. Even when he completely gets by his defender most of his layups are missedwhen no one contests. His "best" misses usually rim out. If it is anything it is that he just sucks at layups and the fact that his dribblingabilities are horrible for a PG or maybe a combination of everything that I mentioned.

We played well the first half and just had a complete melt down, thank god dirk is afraid of contact.

--Stats shmats. I would take D-Fish and those stats ^ on D-Fish's worst day over Smush Parker.

--I didnt expect this Laker win. I expected a blowout. With a Mavs win. Lakers winning/Rockets losing...appreciated.

Good win for the Lakers. They missed a bunch of FTs that needed to be converted. Mavs had a good run and almost took over the game. Dirk is clutch no question.How JKidd not being a factor on this game? I haven't really watched a bunch of Mavs game.
