LAPTOP HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!AGAIN

So i once had a virus on my laptop in which i couldnt open any program on my computer. My friend worked on my laptop for the last 2 weeks and now everything isnormal. Now when im searching the web the pictures wont load on any website. Can someone tell me whats wrong with my laptop? Every picture has the blue squareon the top left.
