Laptop Help!!!

Just a couple of days ago i was using my laptop just like we all do. It was working fine an had no problems. Today i go to use it and it loads up but icouldnt select any programs. The start button worked but when i click on other programs nothing happens. Do you know what wrong with my laptop.

You're using Windows

A virus maybe, do a system restore to when it was working fine and see if that helps

yea, my cousin got that too, most likely form surfing some deviant pr0n sites.. just a system restore and make sure you don't search for h0rsepr0n in thefuture..

how do you do a system restore?

Do a virus scan using AVG or spybot in safe mode before you do a system restore. Most viruses place a copy of themselves in system restore so that might notget rid of the virus.

Before Windows loads, at the maker's screen (Dell, Sony, Toshiba, whatever) press F8 and run it in Safe Mode. Run a virus scan from there.

i dont know what happen but last week i left my room and when i can back my laptop was all messed up. the screen was black but the computer was still on. thescreen would never go on so i turned it off with the power button. now every time i try to turn it on it will start to light up then just die. the screen neverlights up or anything. i dont know what to do
