laptop quick question

i just bought a new laptop yesterday. its the acer aspire timline. but the problem is that when i play music idk why if its me it sounds louder on the leftside than the right. is it a factory defect??? what should i do return/exchange it???

check the equalizers, if its all leveled out

you might have to take it back

how do i check that....itunes and the laptop vol is all the way up

then "show Equalizer"

it should be zeroed out b/c its new

check the eq in itunes and on your sound settings

you mite wanna check your PC's master volume settings first tho

that should be in the control panel
