Fakes -No such CW ever released.
There are samples of a blue Laser IV, but those are not them. The real version has Black wings & tongue patch with a Red Jumpman.

What are samples and is it safe to wear in public? (high school)

Samples are basically prototypes made in very small numbers (more often than not, only a 1 of 1) to see what colors, patterns, materials etc. look like on the actual shoe. If the head honchos like it and give it the go ahead, it goes into production and gets released to the public. If not it stays as a sample and obviously as a result becomes highly sought after by collectors.
(There are various other types of samples which I won't go into specifically here because it's all easy enough to look up on Google & here on NT)
The fakes you have are more than likely wearable, however for your own reputation I would urge you not to wear them ...you don't want to be known as "the guy who wears fake Jordans"
Not a good rep to have in High school.
