i read a while ago texas stopped giving options for a last meal to some people because it was being abused. for example some guy would order all this food like steaks ribs chicken etc and then when they brought it to him he wouldnt eat

John Wayne Gacy, Jr. (March 17, 1942 – May 10, 1994) was an American serial killer and rapist who sexually assaulted and murdered at least 33 teenage boys and young men between 1972 and 1978. Theodore Robert "Ted" Bundy (born Theodore Robert Cowell; November 24, 1946 – January 24, 1989) was an American serial killer, rapist, kidnapper, and necrophile who assaulted and murdered numerous young women during the 1970s, and possibly earlier. After more than a decade of denials, he confessed shortly before his execution to 30 homicides committed in seven states between 1974 and 1978; the true total remains unknown, and could be much higher.

Bundy was regarded as handsome and charismatic by his young female victims, traits he exploited in winning their confidence. He typically approached them in public places and feigned injury or disability, or impersonated an authority figure, before overpowering and assaulting them at a more secluded location. He sometimes revisited his secondary crime scenes for hours at a time, grooming and performing sexual acts with the decomposing corpses until putrefaction and destruction by wild animals made further interaction impossible. He decapitated at least twelve victims and kept some of the severed heads in his apartment for a period of time as mementos. On a few occasions he simply broke into dwellings in the dead of night and bludgeoned victims as they slept.

but for the cost of food and everything:
1. the drugs used for the method of lethal injection costs $86.08
2. the executioner is paid $150 per execution while they choose to anonymous
3. the cost of food has to be under $40 total and bought or made locally so no caviar

hate to kill the buzz....but aint there a new law against last meals?....something about 'their victims didnt have the choice, so why should they'....read it on yahoo i think....

id be too effed in the head just thinking about the situation to have a last meal......
