Heres the deal, Seller posted real pics of authenthic Jays on ebay,but sent fake ones.Did a dispute saying he sent me knockoffs and is Illegal.So, he hits me with "I'm gonna sue you because of deformation."BUT I've read its not deformation if its true.Says he didnt know they were fake, but why would somone take pics of a real pair and not the one on hand?Said he didnt know and didnt state they were authenthic in his listing.Here's my question.Can he really sue me and can he still get in trouble if he didnt know??

How old are you? I can't believe you're honestly shook cause dude said he'd sue you

Just the logistics of hiring a lawyer to pursue something that wouldn't even be lucrative should be enough to call his B.S.

Second, it's DEFAMATION of character.

Third, how were you defaming his character in any way? He sent some damn fakes and now is threatening you.

Wisen up before you get hustled, forreal.

At this rate, you're going  to be buying volcano insurance and sending money to Nigeria to claim lottery money there
