LC and PC: HTM White "2004" Air Force 1

I google, can only find the HTM Fragments that came out 2008 or w/e
But the insole is tab differs a lil, and the date doesn't match, unless it actually released '04.
This one i found doesn't have the fragment lightnings as well on the back.
please confirm authenticity and value?

these look legit to me.

there are actually several variations of HTM air force 1s.

the first were a non-croc-skin but in a beautiful leather.
the second are these - they came in either black or white croc skin, and either in a orange nike box, or a black drawer box.
the third were the htm niigatas; same as the seconds, except with a fragment logo on the heel.
the fourth were the '08s where the fragments were not placed in a circle.

just to better answer your question - yes, these were an '04 release. as for price, i got mine for a little under a hundred.
