I've had these since 2001.  I no longer have the box and don't remember ever having it.  A friend bought these online when they were released around 01 and he got the wrong size.  He didn't feel like going through the hassle of arguing with the seller and sending them back and all that so he sold them to me.

My wife almost sold these in a garage sale on Saturday for $15 but I told her to hold off and let me look into what they are worth.  I have them on eBay right now and people keep asking me if they are authentic and I keep saying I'm not 100% sure because I don't want to lie about it.

Could you guys take a look at these pics and let me know what you think?  I can take more pics too if there are certain areas you need to see to let me know.

the 23 looks off. and the patent leather cut doesnt look right either. i own 2001s as well. get a picture of the size tag.

These are fake. production tag shows "02" for 2002. these were made in "01" and released in 2001 as well.

Rep that for damn sure. There is no middle ground. 100% legit or 100% fake

these do look good for 2001 fakes. but just by looking at the back shot of heels, they are completely off. i think the grey markets of today for 2012 pairs look way better

Prroduction date should be touching the barcode. Should have 01' date as mentioned. Although they are not legit you can still get more than $15 bucks for them.. Id say Max $40 or so.

100% fake. 2001 23s, jumpmans, PL cut is different from recent retros but these are off. PL is too high, 23s are short and stretched, JM off, and size sticker had the wrong dates

Definitely 100% fake. As TB stated, the obvious tell is the production date not touching the bar code.
