On the tongue to the side of the netting under the laces on both shoes it should say twenty twelve if they have that imprinted on the tongue then they are legit. Colors look good and heel bump is there. Tongue looks good but the true test is that imprint on the tongue.

Look good. Tongue is shin guard status. ^check that "twentytwelve" on the tongue like the previous post said.
