Judging by just the splatter paint on the midsole and the overall shape of those shoes they are fake. The black splatters are too blotchy on the grey, the splatters are much smaller than those.

Fake, all reasons said above, and also:
Wings are not parallel to the netting ( one shoe looks like it might be, the other is not lol)
Stitching is terrible quality
jumpman on flight patch looks like one of jerrys kids
