I'm pretty sure you're good here. Patent leather looks as it should and doesn't appear to have the " orange peel " effect, the box label looks ok and the pull hole grommet looks correct. The shape looks good and the 23 on the heel looks to be right.
I would like to see more to be absolutely sure they legit though. Your 1st two pics are what I like to see with posted pics for legit checking only more at eye level and of all directions i.e. Fronts, backs, medial & lateral sides. A shot of the size tag from inside the shoe as well as a shot of the footbed while the soles are removed will help also. Good lighting & clear shots are paramount when legit checking as I'll need to zoom in and preferably have clear shots to look at when I do. They did get a little blurry when I expand on them.
