I'm gonna go with fake because the tongue looks like it is too high.

-Jumpman Jordan doesnt line up with third lacehole
-Like XVIII said the tongue is too high
-Jumpman inside the shoe on the sole should be white not red

all this plus the tag on the tongue is incorrectly placed, supposed to be between 2nd and 3rd lace loops

if anything the patent leather cut is too low and tag should line up with 3rd lace loop
