im thinking fake on the first and legit on the second, can someone back me up?

Your correct.
The 1st pair is fake
- Material on back tab should not be suede/ nubuck or whatever its supposed to be
- tongue is also a give away, its to fat and stitched wrong
- materials look cheap
- wings look flimsy

I agree, and to add, the Jumpman on the tongue looks more like a JumpWoman. The feet looks like they are in High heels
