Im pretty sure those are fake

-tongue is too small
-material looks cheap
-Flames (?) on midsoles arent right size
-if the bottoms are yellow, wouldnt netting be?

The material isn't the same. But you can definitely tell the tongue on the ones you pictured are too small, as well as the flames or whatever they are onthe side. Also on the ones you pictured, there are alot of sections that come to points whereas on the ones from aj.com they are rounded. Look to the leftdirectly next to the netting, see how that piece is pointed? On the others its rounded right there. I'm still gonna go with fake though

Those are fake 100%.

First and foremost, the leather is, well leather. Its supposed to be nubuck, and they had that oily look that Original AJ's used to have. These are clearlynot it.

The tongue is too small and the jumpman is in a very awkward pose.

The flames are too short.

another dead giveaway is the lace loops at the top by the ankles...the holes are supposed to be skinny ovals, not circles. common with fakes.

The Nike Air on the back looks like its fading away, like it was painted on or something. which again is wrong.

theres too much wrong with these.



I will say that to the guy that commented about the outsole being yellow, and the netting should be yellow as well. On original 5's, the netting would takeMUCH longer to yellow that the outsole, somtimes it never yellowed.

Bootleggers caught on to this, and started to ship pre yellowed soles, and icy netting.

Only smaller kids size came in leather...

Also, inner lining of the tongue should be black...these are red.

Those are 10000% fake. The OG's had Durabuck leather not rawhide.
