The shoes look great and they're legit.  Stitching is nice and neat, the shoes' shape is good, and the tongue is not crooked at all.

The High Quality Replicas of Retro 4's are really tough to tell the difference in pictures, common things to look for are sloppy stitching, dull colors, lack of piping around the tongue, and the netting tends to be off.

They look good to me. Could you take a picture of the TWENTYTWELVE engraving on the side of the tongue? It's on the side of the netting.
