the cement print on the back is to high, if its not the angle

Yeah it does look a little off, aside from that the shoes look legit. Maybe its a defect.

I think its legit.
The elevated print is maybe because of the small sizing.Not something to worry about.

Whew! Thanks guys! I checked out the legit threads and some of the legit pairs have the same cut too. Some were even uneven height. Thanks again.
