LC on Bred 4 2012. HELP!

(These last 5 photos are the ones that I'm really concerned with only. On the left shoe, the patch behind the tongue is upright, but it's supposed to be upside down to my knowledge...and I put the pictures of the size tags at the last 2 images. The seller also gave me the receipt, so it gave me an idea that the shoes have a factory issue, but I'm not sure.)

They look legit to me. As far as the upright air jordan it could be an issue from production
