Looks like the 23s are stretched and one of the pods on the sole is way off.

Fake. 23's are stretched and there is no true yellowing around the pods. Soles just look like the seller walked through a sand box.

Anyways did you show us 2 different pairs? The ones on the top have blue tinted soles while the ones on the bottom have like zero tint. As mentioned before the ones on the bottom are 100% fake. Shoes like Concords, Cool greys, and Space jams go through two trypes of yellowing. Yellowing from age (around the pods) and yellowing from wear which is a gradually yellowing of the entire bottom. This shoe only has yellowing from wear, not age meaning it isn't a true 2011 release concord. Not too mention the stretched 23 but if these are worn that can hold a little less weight

they don't look like the same pair at all. 

the 23 on the first shoe is printed tilted and has a clear black spot at the top of the 3 and also printed higher than the second pair. the sewn line on the patent leather on the second pair clearly has extra material not cut clean.
