These pictures are really small... Its hard to tell. You would need a larger picture of the soles, the toe box and the heel portion of the shoes and the box tag as well. IF you have these shoes in hand, you can legit check them yourself with this link:

They do not appear to have the widows peak in the back, which is usually one of the biggest signs of a fake. However, like I said the shape from the side view seems a little off. I cant give you a definitive answer from those pics. Id lean towards fake but again not 100% sorry. Don't want you to cop fakes.

Im very indifferent about this pair. Everything looks ok, but the height of the shoes is throwing me offf.. and the sock lining on the heel looks like it comes out a lot more than its suppose to. Does he have a picture of the box? Check the R to see if the edges are round.... I cant really give you a definite answer on this.. The black padding near the toe box also looks like it bulges out to much.. If I have to pick, I would say theyre fake... but wait for another opinion

widows peak isnt the defining factor on 1s anymore. fake makers fixed that. overall i think these look ok. you have a pic of the stamp on the lid? and the nike sticker under the box? also take a pic of the R on the box lid.
