Those are legit.  Just because they don't come from a major retailer and aren't released yet, that doesn't make them grey market or anything sketchy.  As long as they come from the retail production run, they're exactly the same as you'll get in the store.  When people use the term "grey market", they're typically referring to pairs from unauthorized production runs that were made after the official end date of the retail production run of a shoe or samples that were made prior to the official retail production run.  

I've had a few pairs of these so far and I must say the quality has been outstanding on both these and the Black Grape / Aqua 5s.  I'm really hoping it's a sign of things to come and JB is really stepping their game up with quality.
