Legit Shape is correct, 3M is Present, with that heel drag and yellowing ot the Pods I wouldn't pay more then $100, buts that just me

Legit. But are those the same pair. The left shoe on top is unlaced as if DS, but the bottom pic shows wear. If you're buying them online, make sure to get tagged pics.
