Not looking good...but, need more pics to be sure...my dude, anyone that sends you one or two poorly shot pics of bad quality is suspect from the get go...I'd move on unless they can snap some better pics, about 5-10 more...

Spoilers look like they curve out too far and the lace locks look deep infrared while the midsole looks varsity, also the tongues look like they sit too far in the shoes /not tall enough...not saying fake, but better pics would firm things up

I messaged him asking for more pics so more to come but from this angle, do these 8s look alright?

Also, a PC would be nice because I can't tell if that's a scuff on the toe box
