Hey NT'ers, Im trying to determine if these are legit and how much they would be priced at. The seller said they were worn once come with og everything. Im just wondering if these will be worth more than the retros that are coming out this year without the Spike Lee head on the heel>? thanks in advance.

My advice is to not buy them. They're bad quality everything, and they have spike lees face on it, which doesnt belong there at all.

They'll get retrod again, and im sure the quality will be better.

Those are probably like 160-170. But i wouldnt pay that honestly

They are legit.
At the moment, these go for crazy prices -I would say $300-330 for this pair.

Who knows what the prices will be for the new ones in this current climate, every Jordan is super hyped atm and people seem to be willing to spend anything. The Cement IVs look to be reselling for around $400 deadstock, but those prices will probably drop down slightly as the hype dies.

If you're only concern is the value, then you're in this for the wrong reasons -just go with whatever shoe you like best.

I'm not worried about value I just didn't know if I should wait to get the ones that are retroing this year without Spikes face. I'm suppose to pick these up for 125 but maybe less, depends on how they look in person. Judging that price from what you guys said I think I should just pick them up regardless because it's not that bad of a price. Didn't they retail for 115 or 125?

Personally I would even get these when you know these are getting retro. *minus the face*

But to put a price tag, I wouldn't pay more than retail for these.

$100 is pretty good. I don't know about these going for $300 though, or the white cements going for $400, they're pretty much BIN 250-275. Unless you're talking about the CDP black/cement FP, those were a steady 400 for a while. But even those went down lately, either because people got wind that they'll probably retro again this year, or because they figured out the quality is absolutely horrendous.

Yeah the paint cracking is really bad on ivs in general but the 2004- 2006 ivs are known for it. Besides that the materials aren't that bad considering what JB has been outing out recently. Certain parts of the leather upper is way better than the recent white cement ivs.

I threw out a pair of these mars 4's I had a few years ago. In hindsight, I should have tried to restore them, but they were so nasty, I couldn't bring myself to wear them.

That's why I didn't buy the new white cements. I waiting to see some horror story pics before I make a move. I'm not wasting more money on 4's. They just can't get these right at all

Lol I feel you, I have IVs from 1999/2000 and for some reason they have never shown the same quality issues, of course lol. But then again that was during the time when J's still resembled there OG counterparts. I don't know what JB was thinking when changing the midsole formula but all of then eventually crack and start peeling, I've accepted that though lol.
