LC & PC on Nike SB Hawaii's

I was given these for free by a friend & not too long ago I noticed a pair of fake Mars 4's in his closet. Made me wonder if these were fakes as well. 
Please help me determine a fair price & whether these are authentic or not NT! Thanks in advance.

They are fake.

-Tag is wrong.
-Swooshs are irregular.
-Toe boxes are off.
