Leaning towards authentic but lets hear it from others first. Dunno if the patent leather cut on the back should be that bit high. Anyway you have a shot of the inside tag man?

I thought concords 11' were the only pairs factory laced to the top

Can't always trust that they're factory laced. Probably unlaced, tried them on and tried to re factory lace them. 11's are one of the easiest to re factory lace because of the simplicity of the loop system and the rope shaped laces.
