-lining on tongue is correct for an 06 model
-netting is milky, and yellowed in this case because of age.

Yeah, these are also legit. These are women's shoes, so make sure you are getting the right size. If you're trying to get them in men's sizes, they're about 1.5 to 2 sizes down. So that 8.5 you have there is a size 6.5 to 7 in men's.
