League Pass Broadband Help?

I'm trying to watch a non-blacked out game on League Pass broadband right now and all I'm getting is a black screen.  I downloaded flashplayer 10 and octoshape.  Radio works.  Any ideas?  My estimated wait on the live chat feature is over an hour.  I'm not trying to miss opening night.
