What protector do you guys use on your leather shoes. I just got a pair of the Jordan 2011's and want to make sure I put the right stuff on them. Does the normal Foot Locker/Champs spray do the trick or should I get something more for leather shoes?

And ... I meant to put this in the Jordan forum ... no idea how it ended up here.

I use the brown Armor All to treat it and then Penguin Stain Repellent and Waterproofer on top of that.  You don't need to put the Armor All on more than once every few months if you are wearing them a lot and cleaning them afterwards.

Last time I used those water repellent protection sprays on my XIs, the patent became all foggy. It's till shiny but you can tell there is a layer of haze there which was difficult to get off.

I think on the PL on XI's you have to use that "Tire Wet", supposedly keeps it very shiny and protects it.

That will stain anything it touches though, they don't really dry up quick or at all. When I used to use thos eon my car, they just splatted all over the fender of my car instead of staying on the tire.

Oh word?  I've never used it, but I hear it works nice.  I s'pose you may have to leave it on for a minute and let it settle in then wipe off all the residue so it doesn't get on anything.  You'll slip for sure if any of it gets on your soles.
