Lebron 9 Cool Grey Fake Check

I bought these used from a girl yesterday who assured me they were 100% authentic. Everything looks legit to me, and I had no reason to believe they were fake until a guy told me he thinks they're fake/replicas because the back pull tab doesn't stand straight up. What do you guys think?
