It does indeed look like a soldier BUT that may not be a bad thing. They look slimmer, sleeker, and more defined than the X.

Nike is on such a high the only place they can really go with the Lebron line is down from here. Nike will be their own death and eventually burst their own bubble.

Nonetheless I sorta like the XI model so far. There is like 6 colorways coming out in 2013 so there should be plenty to pick from.

$200 might have me chilling unless FNL carries the "good" colorways too!

I'm feeling this colorway. The sample one not so much. The design needs to sink it. I see some Elite X and Soldier VII influences and a hint of Ambassador 6.

The 4's look atrocious to me casually. Just because you can wear anything you want doesn't mean it looks good. 

This, just like I find the KD V to be awkward casually with jeans, but then again other people like them.

Not feeling these, $200+ shoe with no visible air window - sorry I'm ol skill I'm not paying big money for a shoe that looks like soldiers/ambassadors.

If they perform well ill cop blk/blk for ball but they don't look much of a crossover shoe.

After seeing the XIs, I'm completely done with the Xs The Flightposites have always been one of my favorite looking bball kicks, and I love how the XIs take some similar design cues from them. I've never totally been in love with the Xs from the start, only own 2 pairs, and it looks like I won't regret not getting more Xs

the new pic does draw some comparisons to the soldier/ambassador line but it still looks pretty damn good off the bat. First Lebron I liked off the bat since the 4s. here's another quick one:
