*Sits on 3.6 acres w/150 ft dock to accommodate 150ft yacht

*3 Suites w/full baths,Upstairs Master Suite w/full Gym,Billiard and Media room
Taxes? About $1 million a year. Utilities are said to run an additional $150,000 per year.

Throw in monthly utilities on top of that. Plus, he'll still get taxed on away games. But I guess none of that matters, he's too paid.

Even tho Lebron is a huge lame...can't co-sign this.
As an avid luxury real estate enthusiast...I believe that if you have the means, go ahead and do it. Homes hold a much deeper space in alot of people's heart that monetary morals do.
Not necessarily for bragging rights. These are the homes most of us dream of growing up. Can't really place a value on that.
