LEGIT AND PRICE CHECK ON SOME ORIGINAL BLACK/VARSITY RED AIR JORDAN XIIs

I have a lot of knowledge when it comes to telling if a pair of Air Jordans are fake but that's reserved for Is to XIs... are these legit? And what is a reasonable price that I should sell these? (I don't have the original box)

I checked the serial numbers online on sites like FlightClub.com and they checked out, but it would be wrong to try to pass these off as authentic without y'all's opinion(s) since I'm not as knowledgeable as I should be when it comes to XIIs.
