The number 23 at the back looks off.Not enough space on the right foot and looks slanting down.
Plus the tongue tag on the right side is between the 3rd and 2nd lace hole which is wrong.
The patent leather looks way too shiny,but it could be the lighting.
But the toe caps look good.
I'm going with b grades based on some inconsistencies.

I agree with you looking into it more. The 23 on the back is missing little pieces as well. Good looking out Chris
