I'm thinking they are fake because the Jumpman AIR on the back of the shoe were only released in the CDP package, not its own jordan face box, and the shape looks off around the laces.

Jumpman logo on the tongue is way off.
The elephant prints on the picture were leather, it's supposed to feel like fabric and printed on.
And like phsycomikeo said, the Jumpman logo in the back was supposed to say Nike Air.
You do not want this.

The cement print is supposed to feel engraved, the fake ones have the printed-on feel

You can see the tag on the tongue, and that is only for the 2001 and prior releases (which have Nike air on the tab)
Box is wrong (CDP doesn't come in face box, and the tag is off)
Cut of shoe is terrible
