I'm kinda sketchy on these. They look unworn. But the 23 is cracking....

Yea. They are used. Seller is selling em for $200

when asking if they're legit or not can we please get better pics more detailed pics

Yeah man, to get a better assessment, you should provide better pics. At a minimum you should get tagged pics of the back, front, sides, and closeup pic of carbon fiber.  But if they're real then $200 is a good deal on them.
