Is $140 for this condition a fair deal?

Well, that depends on you. These hit the outlets and sat there for a while. I remember they were $120 or $140 last time I had checked the outlets. Of course, that was then, now everyone who scooped them is trying to get retail or higher for DS pairs.
IMO, unless they are DS, try to get him to come down on the price a bit.

Thanks Chato..gettin real hard to find a DS pair...i wonder if there are any outlets with some left now, u think i can call w/ the product code?

I was out of the game for a couple of years and really want these.
