They look ok to me, I doubt they would be fake since these are size 13 and these weren't hyped.
These have the correct tongue tag, which uses a different font, compared to smaller sizes. Typically, fakes don't get the tongue tag font correct for small sizes and I doubt they would get it correct for your size.
