Oh man you're right, those are the shoe trees for the J 3's I own and possibly others but definitely not the J 1's. Good call man. I wonder where this seller got that " Nike receipt ". Every Nike receipt I ever received directly from Nike never had colored columns like this one here but it was also my understanding that Nike receipts were harder to come by or fake then say a footlocker or champs receipt.
