Not much info on these yet so it's hard to say but if I were a betting man I would say fufu. My reasoning is that the friends and family are the only ones that come with the black nike box. The general release have the box inside-out. Also if I'm not mistaken the friends and family would have his handwritten notes on them. So not having the handwritten notes with a black box seems fishy to me.

Nike has started using letters in their style numbers, by no means does that signal fake.
