Legit Check: Jordan DB X size 8.5

I want to get this for my little brother but I'm not sure if they are legit or not. What do you guys think? Thanks

FAKE. something to notice is in the size tag the lower left corner has these numbers outside of the first white square. Sorry if that didn't make sense, but in my pair the numbers are all inside the first white square.

I could be wrong, but that is what my pair looks like.
