Legit check - Jordan XX3 Chicago Bulls

I've been out of the game for awhile and never knew much about the xx3's saw these on eBay, the price was low so I jumped without really looking. Seller says 100% authentic but if I'm not mistaken shouldn't they be patent leather along with other things that might be off. Or am I wrong?

These are the All Stars. Yes the toebox/tongue panel should be patent leather.

Therefore fakes.

Almost all the legit pairs show yellowing on the patent especially the tongue.

Fakes, also the ankle collars along with the tongue should be thinner.
