Fake.

I had a hard time checking from your pics, but once I pulled my pair out it was obvious.

The stitching on the XX3s is what makes it so hard to replicate, so it becomes a little obvious when it's a knockoff, so there's that. You should be able to see a grey thread design in between the gaps in the middle of the stitching. From the pics, it looks either too dark or it looks absent. The stitching looks not as precise, and the dip of the cushioning on the ankle shouldn't be that wide when it comes down into the stitching, too.

The dead giveaway for me was the carbon fiber plate. The plate on my left shoe, when putting the shoe in the same direction as the ones in the picture, goes the opposite way. (the design on the plate goes to the left not the right) Also, the plate should be silver and a reflective dark grey, not silver and black.
