Legit check on ebay seller?

I'm pretty new to this forum and was wondering if anyone could help. I'm about to purchase a size 9 air max 90 hyperfuse solar red from this seller on ebay named kenylane for $330. I was wondering if anyone knows whether he is legit? He's from taiwan and its why I am a little on the fence about it. He even sold a pair of yeezy 2's for $1,530.
