Just wanna get some opinions and make sure there not an unauthorized pair I already got scammed once with a pair and in the process of returning them.

Look good based on these pics. Ask for a better pics of the bottoms, cause if they are too icey is possible that they could be from Taobao. 09's would have some yellowing which is actually a good sign.

U need to chill. They may be fake, but they are pretty decent for a fake. In other words, CARBON FIBER IS NOT NOTICABLE

I am chill. I just think you need to do some more research before you claim FAKE. The carbon fiber patterns are not the same on the concords, space jams, cool grays, and bred 11's. the bred 11's and cool grays are similar.
