Those are bad fakes.
The leather is stiff because they are cheap replicas. The size tag is in the wrong place it should be on the inside of the shoe to the right. The insole color is also wrong, they should be white not black. It has the corner stitch flaw, widow peaks, bad shape, etc.

Out of curiosity, what is the corner stitch flaw ? I'm trying to get better at J1 authentication. Is that when it practically touches the swoosh ?

Yeah, the remastered Air Jordan 1s should not have the stitching meet at the swoosh. It should have a gap, but the height varies. The previous retros and mids should have the stitching touching the swoosh like the shoe on the left in the picture above. It is a common flaw among fakes and it should be a red flag if you see one, but it does happen in authentic pairs as well. The flaw in authentic pairs is not that common and it’s usually only 1 side that touches. It is most likely a fake if all sides touch.
