Legit check on Weatherman KD IVs and Invisibility Cloak Kobe VIIs

I'm pretty damn sure these are both legit, but I was wondering if anyone could take a quick look to confirm it for me.

Also, for the Weatherman KDs, why is the tag so different? Is it a promo pair? Sample pair?

KD's even say promo on the tag so there's your answer, as for the cloaks they're legit.

The cloaks are legit: if you are in doubt, ask for a pic with flash, the Nike Swoosh is 3M and should be reflective.
